Retainer Fee Program 

The Retainer Fee Program is designed as a way for customers to pay for services in advance of their needs. Additional benefits for customers who participate in the Retainer Fee Program are as follows:³

$250 - 15% discount of the standard rates for computer service.
        - 5% discount on the cost of parts purchased.

$500 - 20% discount of the standard rates for computer service.
        - 50% discount of the house call service fee.
        - 10% discount on the cost of parts purchased.

$1000 - 25% discount of the standard rates for computer service.
          - NO house call service fee.
          - 15% discount on the cost of parts purchased.
          - Priority scheduling of service calls.

1) The Hourly Rate is billed in half hour increments. There is a $20.00 House call service fee that is charged per incident. Multiple visits for the same problem, are not charged this $20.00 each visit

2) Virus Cleaning is a flat rate, Spy-Ware removal is charged at an hourly rate. This is because Spy-Ware is something that you have to accept onto your computer, and Virus software is forced upon you unwillingly. Please refer to my article Spy-Ware vs. Viruses
